SUMMARY: Briefly describe the job's primary purpose or contribution to the department or organization.
Proofs, formats and word processes reports to produce a quality report for clients. Implements EMG report formatting procedures and client protocol to ensure accurate text formatting and graphics in all reports. Is a self-starter and able to work as a team as well as independently with minimum supervision.
Work hours are part time, some weekend options available if there is interest.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other job-related duties may be assigned in conformance with state and federal regulations.
Reviews and proofs daily assignments to identify text formatting and graphics appropriate for the final report.
Completes training requirements outlined for the Client Delivery Department.
Completes word processing and formatting of reports received to appropriate protocol standards
Performs Quality Control on reports to ensure appropriate formatting and graphics formats have been included in report.
Ensures accurate and timely communications with other departments.
General support of report production including copying, shipping, hole-punching and binding as needed.
Provide switchboard relief to Receptionist as needed.
Performs these tasks in accordance with Client Delivery Department productivity requirements for report turnaround.
Delivers outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to client needs.
Demonstrates EMG's guiding principles in support of the company's strategic goals.
Follows all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position and in support of EMG's quality standards.
Maintains safe and clean work area by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
May be required to work overtime with prior authorization from manager.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience 2 - 4 years word processing or administrative experience in an office environment is a must; excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook and Microsoft Windows and ability to pick up various computer programs quickly; high school diploma and some college preferred. Knowledge of programs such as Deltek Vision and Microsoft SharePoint a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Not required.
Other Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communications skills; detail-oriented; ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; ability to work independently or in a team setting; dependable. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
